Yesterday we had reported that actor Jayam Ravi's next film 'Miruthan' has got A certificate from the Censor board and the makers may send the film for review committee.

Regardless of this procedure, the producers have confirmed the release date of the film in the form of the latest official poster which mentions the release date as February 19, 2016.

'Miruthan' is touted to be the first zombie film in Tamil which has been produced by Michael Rayappan under the Global Infotainment banner and directed by Sakthi Soundararajan of of 'Naaigal Jakkiradhai' fame,. D.Imman has scored the music for this film which has Lakshmi Menon as the lead lady.

Interestingly the film has a very short running time. The total running time of the film will be 108 minutes that is one hour and 48 minutes which is way less than two hours.
