The long awaited trailer of Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’ directed by Atlee has just dropped and proves to be a non stop action packed one with truly mind-blowing visuals. Firstly the close to two minute long clip sets up the story, plot and the characters nicely before diving into full on action laced with sentiments.
According to the ‘Jawan’ trailer we can get that Shah Rukh Khan plays a patriotic jawan who then turns villain to fight against a much deadlier villain played by Vijay Sethupathi. The Makkal Selvan is as cool and sauve as only he could be and he too has a young and old getup that are both stunning. The Lady Superstar Nayanthara appears as a cop who later falls for the hero while Deepika Padukone apparently is SRK’s pair in the flashback portions.
Anirudh’s background score with theme music for all the four major characters that includes the women power is a major plus for the trailer. ‘Jawan’ has a strong representation of Kollywood in the form of not only the cast but also the crew with names such as T. Muthuraj with production design, editor Antony L Ruben and G.K. Vishnu behind the lens. The international quality is visible frame by frame thanks to these technicians.
On the whole much like the ‘Jawan Pre Release Event’ held in Chennai last night the ‘Jawan’ trailer is also a big sell and has raised the expectations even higher than ever. The film releases worldwide in multiple languages on September 7th.
