Superstar Rajinikanth is all set to start shooting his new movie 'Jailer' from August 15th or 22nd. The much anticipated film is produced by Sun Pictures and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar with Anirudh scoring the music.

So far in different media interactions Kannada Superstar Shivarajkumar and veteran actress Ramya Krishnan have revealed that they are a part of 'Jailer'. Unconfirmed reports suggested that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is playing the female lead with Sivakarthikeyan as the younger Rajini in flahsback portions along with Priyanka Arul Mohan, Vasanth Ravi and Yogi Babu in important roles.

Now the latest news floating around Kollywood is that Tamannaah is likely to play the female lead opposite Rajini in 'Jailer'. If this turns out to be true then the ageless Superstar who is now 71 will be romancing an actress who is 40 years his junior. However his fans will not be complaining as the Thalaiavar always lights up the screen in whatever he does be it love scenes, comedy or fights. Lets see if this pair is going to work together or there is another twist in the tale.
