India's biggest film city in UP: Blueprint is out, 1000 acres identified

It's known that the BJP government of Uttar Pradesh wants to facilitate the building of India's biggest film city in Greater Noida. On Tuesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced that 1,000 acres will be allotted for the construction of the city at Gautam Budh Nagar by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). Already, the area has been identified. Efforts are on to build a Dedicated Infotainment Zone.
An Economic Times report says that a blueprint has been prepared in this regard by studying models like Universal Studios and Warner Brothers.
Great rail, road and air connectivity will be ensured. World-class infrastructure will be supported.
An Expression of Interest has been invited from interested parties for investment. Applications are to be submitted in the next 15 days.
