Surprise! Young actress to replace Suganya as Kamal’s wife in ‘Indian 2’

Kamal Haasan after a week-long celebration of his sixty-fifth birthday and sixtieth year in cinema will soon rejoin the sets of ‘Indian 2’ directed by Shankar.  It is already a known fact that Kajal Agarwal is playing an eighty-five-year-old woman who is a friend of Kamal’s Senapathy character who will jointly fight against the villains.

Now unconfirmed news has emerged that Priya Bhavani Shankar will be playing Amirthavalli the wife of Senapathy and will be replacing actress Suganya who acted in the original.  It is said that Priya too will go through extensive makeup and will appear eighty plus aged for most parts and will look young only in the flashback portions. 

If this turns out to be true then Priya is really lucky to pair up with the legendary Kamal and that too in the meaty role as his wife.  We have to wait for an official confirmation regarding this though our sources swear that it’s true.
