Manasa Himavarsha, the actress of 'Romance' fame, has been roped in to play Pawan Kalyan's maradalu in 'Katamarayudu'. She has revealed this on her social media page. She has already joined the shoot.

Starting her journey as a model, Manasa is a trained dancer and a voice-over artiste. She has been quoted as saying that she is infatuated with Pawan in the movie. As a cousin of Pawan, she playfully makes fun of him in the movie.

"That squeaky and naughtiest maradalu. That's what I get to play in the movie", she says.

What is surprising is that the role came to Manasa without her asking for it! She didn't even audition for the role. Dolly had spotted her profile, probably on social media, and felt that she would be apt for the role.
