Who is Rajinikanth’s pair in ‘Kaala’

We all know that Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi is making her Kollywood debut with 'Kaala' directed by Pa.Ranjith with Superstar Rajinikanth in the lead role. The film is the story of Karikaalan aka Kaala, who relocates to Mumbai from Tirunelveli at a very young age and becomes a don in the Dharavi slums of Mumbai.

The first schedule of the shooting commenced in the Dharavi area of Mumbai on May 28 and the next schedule will commence in the sets erected in Chennai from June 24th as revealed by Rajinikanth.

Now we learn that Huma is not playing a pair or any sort of love interest of Rajinikanth in the film. Instead she plays a character which helps Kaala to take on the mighty politician played by veteran Hindi actor Nana Patekar.

It is also said that Tamil actress Eshwari Rao plays Rajinikanth's wife in the film.

'Kaala' produced by Dhanush involves a bevy of Bollywood and Kollywood actors and the long list includes Anjali Patil, Pankaj Tiwari, Samuthirakani, Dileepan and many others. Santhosh Narayanan is the music director of this film.
