‘X-Men: New Mutants’ cast details out

‘New Mutants’ is the next stand alone film from the ‘X-Men’ universe that will feature rookie mutants which is directed by Josh Boone. James McAvoy will return as Professor Charles Xavier and the first bit of casting news is here.

In ‘New Mutants’, Maisie Williams will play Wolfsbane, a.k.a. Rahne Sinclair who can transform into a half human and half wolf with special powers. She is famous for her role of Arya Stark on ‘Game of Thrones’. Anya Taylor-Joy has signed on to play Magik, a.k.a. Ilyana Nikolievna Rasputin, a Russian mutant with the ability to teleport herself and others across time and space. The talented actress made a huge impact as a sinister victim of James McAvoy in M. Night Shyamalan’s super hit ‘Split’. Production will begin in July this year and April 3rd 2018 is the date set for release.
