Varalakshmi reunites with Illayaraja for a horror

Maestro Illayaraja is scoring the music for a new film titled Ammayi` starring Varalakshmi Sarathkumar and Vinay in the lead. The film produced by Rajendran K.P is directed by newcomer G. Shankar.

Ammayi` carries the tag line "The Real Horror"Episode indicating the story would not follow the usual mix of comedy and horror and will be an out and out scarefest. Saravanan R. takes care of the camera while Jayshankar is the editor.
