Hombale Films Enters Overseas Distribution With Ram Charan’s ‘PEDDI’

Hombale Films, one of India’s most celebrated production houses, has officially announced its expansion into the overseas distribution business. Marking this prestigious new beginning for the banner is PEDDI, starring Ram Charan in the lead role.

After redefining the scale of Indian cinema with blockbuster films like KGF, Kantara, and Salaar, Hombale Films is now taking a major step forward by entering the international distribution space with one of the most anticipated pan-Indian films of 2026.

Over the years, Hombale Films has earned a strong reputation for delivering large-scale cinematic spectacles that blend rooted storytelling with massive theatrical appeal. Their films have consistently crossed language and regional boundaries, building a loyal fan base not only across India but also in international markets.

With PEDDI, the production house is set to directly strengthen its global footprint, making this its first official overseas distribution acquisition. The development is already being viewed as a huge boost for the film’s worldwide theatrical prospects.

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, PEDDI has already generated tremendous buzz for its rustic action-packed backdrop, stunning visuals, and Ram Charan’s intense makeover. Adding further strength to the project is music composed by Oscar-winning maestro A. R. Rahman.

The collaboration between Hombale Films and PEDDI has significantly amplified excitement among trade circles and fans alike, with expectations of a massive overseas rollout across several key international territories.

The film is scheduled for a grand worldwide theatrical release on June 4, 2026.

Interestingly, Hombale Films had a remarkable 2025 with projects like Kantara: Chapter 1 and Mahavatar Narsimha. Both films reportedly secured places in the Academy Awards’ General Entry List for Oscar consideration, further elevating the banner’s international reputation.

The production house also has an exciting lineup ahead, including Salaar 2, a film with Hrithik Roshan, KGF 3, and several other ambitious projects.

By stepping into overseas distribution, Hombale Films has once again reinforced its vision of taking Indian cinema to audiences across every corner of the world.
