Here are the details of Balakrishna’s new property in Jubilee Hills

Actor-politician Nandamuri Balakrishna has bought a property in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills. As per a report, he bought it from one Nadimpalli Satya Sravani by shelling out Rs 15 Cr. 

The built-up area of the said property is 9,395 sft, Moneycontrol has reported, adding that it is co-owned by Balayya’s wife, Vasundhara Devi. The stamp duty and registration fee had cost the couple about Rs 90 lakh put together. 

The report reveals that Naga Chaitanya had bought an apartment last year for Rs 27.1 Cr somewhere in Hyderabad. 

On the work front, Balayya is doing a film with Boyapati Srinu. Pragya Jaiswal is rumouredly playing an IAS officer in it. The ‘Legend’ actor will be seen in the Aghora look for a brief while. The mass film will hit the screens on May 28.
