An 18 year old girl was raped by four men in the district of Hathras in Uttar Pradesh, which has shocked the entire country. After the girl's death her body was cremated by the Police who blocked her parents from seeing her.

Many celebrities have condemned this incident and now actress Madhubala of Roja, Gentleman fame has posted a strong statement through a video posted on her Instagram. The angry actress demanded rewriting laws to make then stronger.

In the video, Madhubala questioned if rape can be justified, and asked why rapes haven't stopped after the Nirbhaya case. The actress said that an alcoholic admits to being alcoholic when he goes to a rehab centre and the treatment starts, and similarly a sick minded rapist must admit himself before the law. Madhubala urged lawmakers and Government to make take strong action against these people and hang the rapists in the middle of the road and telecast it on the televisions to make people aware of the seriousness of the issue. The veteran actress further requested to empower mankind and humanity and teach men and women to live together and protect the other half".
