The teaser for ‘Hanu-Man’ sets the mood right. Divine elements dot it at every turn. Hanumanthu, played by Teja Sajja, is an underdog who enters into a David Vs Goliath tussle. Since he is blessed by Lord Hanuman, whose mystical presence is established right at the start and towards the end, he can take on the ‘Man of Doom’, the dark force played by Vinay Rai.
The super-hero movie is about how a super-villain is eliminated. The action shots are extraordinary, while the VFX is top-notch. Producer K Niranjan Reddy of Primeshow Entertainment has surely done it right.
Director Prasanth Varma is looking at his first pan-India hit. Amritha Aiyer is seen as someone who is scared, while Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has got an angry presence. ‘Ancients shall rise again’, says the teaser, making us wonder if Hanumanthu has got a hoary past dating back centuries.
Right from Dasaradhi Shivendra’s cinematography to the production design by Srinagendhra Tangala, everything about this one is spot-on.
The music is by Anudeep Dev, Hari Gowra, Jay Krish and Krishna Saurabh.
