‘Geetha Govindam’ earns super-big; details here

Latest Tollywood sensation ‘Geetha Govindam’ has collected a share of more than Rs. 31 Cr in the first weekend.  Released last Wednesday, in five days, it crossed a figure many thought it won’t do in its entire lifetime even after its release!  

Nizam has given Rs 8.65 Cr.  And Ceded has contributed Rs 3.35 Cr.  In Vizag, it’s Rs 2.20 Cr.  In Guntur, if the collections are Rs 1.80 Cr, In East Godavari, it’s Rs 1.86 Cr. In West Godavari’, it’s another Rs 1.50 Cr.  In Krishna, it made Rs 1.72 Cr.  In Nellore, it earned Rs 0.68 Cr.  

Karnataka has given a praiseworthy Rs 2.3 Cr. In Tamil Nadu, it’s another Rs 0.7 Cr.  In the US, where the gross is more than USD 1.5 Million, its share is Rs. 5.95 Cr.  In rest of the world, it’s about a crore.  

Theatrical rights were valued at about Rs. 17 Cr.  The Vijay Deverakonda-starrer started making profits from Day 2 itself.
