G.V. Prakash’s milestone 100th film with this mass hero-director combo?

G.V Prakash Kumar a nephew of Isaipuyal A.R. Rahman started his singing career at the age of three with “Chikku Bukku Rayile” and debuted as a music composer in his teens in the 2006 film ‘Veyil’directed by Vasantha Balan.  Seventeen years later the multitalented entertainer is about to compose music for his milestone 100th film.

According to latest reports ‘GVP 100’ is going to be ‘Suriya 43’ directed by Sudha Kongara and starring Suriya in the lead.  The trio are reuniting after their ‘Soorarai Pottru’ which won all three of them National Awards in their respective fields.

G.V. Prakash is currently scoring music for many prestigious projects that include Chiyaan Vikram-Pa Ranjith’s ‘Thangalaan’, Karthi’s ‘Japan’, Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘SK 21’ produced by Kamal Haasan, Dhanush’s ‘Captain Miller’ and Suriya-Vetrimaaran’s ‘Vaadivaasal’.  As actor the 36 year old is doing more than half a dozen films in the lead roles that include ‘Idimuzhakkam’, ’13’, ‘Adiyae’, ‘Kalvan’ and ‘Dear’.
