Fans are gleeful as ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ appears on Netflix

‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ was not supposed to be streamed on either Netflix or Amazon Prime.  However, it’s currently streaming on Netflix, taking everyone by surprise.  Weeks ahead of the release of the Allu Arjun movie, the makers said, “You won’t find this movie on Prime or Netflix”.  That warning has turned out to be happily broken warning.  

Commenting on the development, BlueSkyCinemas, the distribution company that distributed the Trivikram film in the US, said, “We are told that movie was sold only to Sunnxt and at the time of movie release, Sunnxt was not available outside India.  So, we said that the movie won’t b available on Amazon or Netflix. It so happened that Sunnxt started its service in the US a month back. Netflix is a surprise for us.”

As for the audience, they are elated.  Many on social media are gleefully saying that they have watched the blockbuster once again.  “After growing up enduring criticism from his father, a young man finds his world shaken upon learning he was switched at birth with a millionaire’s son,” Netflix’s synopsis of the non-Baahubali industry hit says.
