One of the biggest luxury brand companies of the world, LVMH has announced the conversion of its perfume and cosmetics factories to produce hand sanitizers as the world has been affected by coronavirus outbreak. The company has also announced its plans to give hand sanitizers to French authorities and French hospitals free of cost.
LVMH, which is a France-based company is the name behind some of the extremely popular brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, and in their press release yesterday, the company has announced that it will start making hydroalcoholic gel in its factories from today, stating that there has been a shortage or non-availability of hand sanitizers in stores due to the coronavirus pandemic.
LVMH has taken the initiative to avoid the risk of the lack of hand sanitizers in France and ensure that a large number of people can access hand sanitizers, thereby preventing the spread of the virus. LVMH has planned to deliver the hand sanitizer for free to French health officials and has also planned continued manufacturing of hand sanitizers in their perfume factories as long as there is a requirement.
