‘Family Drama’ Trailer: An eccentric maniac & a dysfunctional family

‘Family Drama’ is about a dysfunctional family and how a serial killer (?) disrupts it with his mania. Suhas plays a not-so-straightforward role and he is fearsome in the trailer, which was out today.

Also featuring Teja Kasarapu, Pooja Kiran, Anusha Nuthula, Shruti Meher and Sanjay Ratha, the film has been written and directed by Meher Tej (written in collaboration with Shanmukha Prashant). The trailer is so unlike what we see in Telugu cinema. The atmospherics are ominous, the characters are gloomy, the melodrama gives way to bloodshed.

Centred around the character played by Suhas, the trailer is intriguing. The ‘Colour Photo’ actor dances, talks recklessly and watches people intently. It will be interesting to know his backstory in the film. We shouldn’t be surprised if there is a twist about his character.

With the music by Ajay and Sanjay, the film is produced by Chashma Films, Noothana Bharathi Films. Presented by Ram Veerapaneni, ‘Family Drama’ has cinematography by Venkat R Shakamuri. Sound Design is by Saumit Deshmukh. Production Design is by Yellayya S.

The release date of the film is yet to be annouonced.
