‘ET’: Suriya is ferocious in action-driven teaser

Suriya’s next is ‘ET’, which is titled ‘Etharkkum Thunindhavan’ in Tamil and simply ‘ET’ in Telugu. The film’s teaser, which was released a while ago, unleashes on the silver screen a new mass-y action avatar of the ‘Jai Bhim’ actor. After watching him in a measured role in ‘Jai Bhim’, we see him in a contrasting character.

He is seen bashing goondas and wielding a sword. He is also a charmer. ‘Gang Leader’, ‘Sreekaram’ fame Priyanka Arul Mohan is the heroine.

Besides action and romance, the film is also high on family sentiment. There is also a glimpse of Vinay Rai (seen in movies like ‘Aranmanai’ in Tamil and ‘Vaana’ in Telugu) as a suave villain. The highlight is Suriya’s punch line that no one who is with him should be afraid as one can touch them.

The action entertainer is produced by Sun Pictures and directed by Pandiraj with D Imman scoring the music. The Telugu version is coming from Asian Cinemas.

Saranya Ponvannan, Rajkiran, Sathyaraj, Soori, Cibi Bhuvana Chandran and Redin Kingsley have played different roles. The film releases worldwide on March 10.
