‘Drushyam 2’ teaser out; OTT release date confirmed

‘Drushyam 2’, the thriller, will head directly to Amazon Prime. The film, starring Venkatesh, Meena and others, has skipped a theatrical release date. It will stream on Prime from November 25. 

“The truth has begun to unveil itself. But the question is – has it left a permanent scar on Rambabu? (sic),” tweeted Venkatesh, releasing the teaser of the movie today.

Directed by Jeethu Joseph, the murder mystery is a remake of ‘Drishyam 2’ (Malayalam). Also featuring Tanikella Bharani, Nadhiya, Naresh, Sampath Raj, Kruthika Jayakumar and Esther Anil, its dialogues are by Ramesh Samala.

Produced by D Suresh Babu, Antony Perumbavoor, and Rajkumar Sethupathy, the film has music by Anup Rubens. Marthand K Venkatesh has edited it, while Satish Kurup shot the movie. Art Direction is by Rajeev Nair and Rajeev Kovilamkom.

The film was shot earlier this year in less than a month. Its post-production works were completed in a short time as well.
