On Thursday afternoon, the Mumbai residence of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was visited by NCB sleuths to possess documents concerning the drugs case. Early media reports said that the residence was raided. But that’s not the case. It was NOT a raid.
On the other hand, Bollywood actress Ananya Panday is scheduled to be questioned today. As per an NDTV report, her name has featured in the WhatsApp chats of one of the accused in the drugs-on-cruise case. Earlier today, her house was raided.
As reported by News18, SRK hasn’t been summoned. “We didn’t conduct raids at his residence Mannat. Searches were conducted at Ananya Panday’s residence,” a source at NCB told the channel. SRK’s son, Aryan Khan, has been in jail for many days along with many others.
Coming to Ananya, she is the heroine of Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Liger’, which is her first pan-India flick. Directed by Puri Jagannadh, the film is an action thriller.
