"A leader doesn't go seeking after power. Power comes searching for him," says Naveen Chandra's character in the trailer of Season 2 of 'Parampara'. Disney + Hotstar will stream the same from July 21.

On Friday, its trailer was unveiled at the hands of Mega Power Star Ram Charan. He wished the team all the best.

All key characters, including Jagapathi Babu and Sarath Kumar, are verbose. The trailer also suggests that Aakanksha Singh, Naina Ganguly and others have meaty parts.

The series is directed by Krishna Vijay L and Viswanath Arigela. Produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni, the political family thriller is expected to become a hit.

Introducing the first season:

A joint family's unity falls into the abyss when the patriarch Veera Naidu, a messiah of the masses, is assassinated. His adopted son Mohana Rao's rise is stalled by the biological son Naidu. Mohana Rao's son, Gopi, has his task cut out. He seeks to avenge his father's downfall by taking the battle to Naidu's son Suresh. The consequences of this battle of nerves are not always palatable and on the expected lines.
