Sudha Konagara set to direct her first romantic movie? – Hero revealed

Director Sudha Kongara is gearing up for the release of ‘Sarfira’ (the Hindi remake of Suriya’s ‘Soorarai Pottru’) starring Akshay Kumar on July 12th. She was initially set to reunite with Suriya for the project ‘Purananooru,’ but it was shelved due to financial reasons. However, Suriya and Sudha are set to collaborate on a different film in the near future.

In the meantime, Sudha Kongara is set to direct her first romance film. Exciting news reveals that she will collaborate with Dhruv Vikram on this project after the release of ‘Sarfira’. The film will be produced by Shanthi Talkies, with GV Prakash Kumar likely to handle the music. Filming is expected to commence in November, once Dhruv wraps up director Mari Selvaraj’s ‘Bison’.

The official announcement of this collaboration will be made later, with the cast and crew yet to be finalized. On the work front, Dhruv Vikram is currently portraying a Kabaddi player in ‘Bison,’ directed by Mari Selvaraj. The shooting for the movie is progressing at a brisk pace.
