Yash starrer 'KGF Chapter 2' is the latest cinematic spectacle that stormed the box office. The sequel to 'KGF Chapter 1' was released on April 14 and has grossed around Rs 1100 crores globally. The movie was made available to rent on Amazon Prime Video a few days ago.

Kannada filmmaker Prashanth Neel teamed up with the Hombale Films to make the epic Pan-Indian period gangster franchise 'KGF', which revolves around the lead Rocky's life and the Kolar Gold Mines in Karnataka. Now, Tamil cinema's magnum opus director Shankar has heaped praise on 'KGF Chapter 2' as he watched the film recently.
