Karu Palaniappan joins DMK!

Director Karu Palaniappan, who has directed some noteworthy movies like Parthiban Kanavu, Sivappathigaram, Pirivom Santhippom and Sathurangam had of late transformed into a powerful speaker and was seen most often in debates and talk shows, besides himself hosting a show on a TV Channel.

He has now teamed up with the DMK Party, and recently he had been to Thoothukudi, where Kalaignar M Karunanidhi’s daughter Kanimozhi has been fielded as DMK’s candidate, and campaigned for her. It has been expected that his campaigning for DMK will be a major boost for the party.

On the film front, the director who had last made Mandhira Punnagai before few years, is currently directing Arulnithi starrer political entertainer Pugazhendhi Enum Naan, and was last seen on screen as an actor, playing a corrupt politician in the just released Natpe Thunai.
