Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Mersal’ has already surpassed several obstacles to release with a bang this Diwali. With the film’s title dispute cleared by the high court judgement yesterday and the subsequent censor verdict of an UA, millions of fans worldwide eagerly await the release of ‘Mersal’.

Now the digital prints for the Vijay starrer has already been prepared and sent abroad as well in order to avoid eleventh hour hassles. This comes as a reassuring news for fans that ‘Mersal’ will unfailingly hit the screens worldwide on the said date.

‘Mersal’ which will also be screened at Europe’s largest theatre Le Grand Rex has Vijay playing three distinct roles along with actresses Kajal Aggarwal, Nithya Menen and Samantha Ruth Prabhu essaying the female leads. A.R Rahman has scored the music for ‘Mersal’ which is set to enthrall fans starting October 18.
