Director, writer, stage artist and film actor Visu has been known for being a part of many superhit movies like Samsaram Athu Minsaram, Thillu Mullu, Manal Kayiru, Kudumbam Oru kadambam, Shimla Special, Pudhukavithai, Nallavanukku Nallavan and many more.

With the recent reports that Dhanush is going to remake the 1981 superhit Rajnikanth starrer Netrikann, which was directed by SP Muthuraman and produced by K Balachander, Visu who had written the story has questioned Dhanush on why the actor has not discussed with him on the remake.

Visu has questioned that if Dhanush had got the remake rights from Kavithalaya, he must have got the permission from the story writer as well. Visu also said that Kavithalaya already did this in Thillu Mullu for which he is still not given justice. If the news of Dhanush remaking Netrikann is false, this can be ignored, but if Dhanus is set to remake and if he does not get the permission from him, Visu has said that he will approach the court for justice.
