Indiaglitz broke to you already that Dhanush starrer 'Captain Miller', to be directed by Arun Matheshwaran, started rolling with a pooja ceremony on September 21. Produced by Sathya Jyothi Films, the massive project also has Priyanka Mohan and Sundeep Kishan in the lead roles.

According to the sources, the film is set in the 1930s and 1940s. The latest we hear is that the regular shoot is most likely to begin next week. The makers have erected a grand set in Tenkasi for the filming. Dhanush will be portraying a gangster with 2 different looks in the movie. The shooting will go on for around 120 days.

Dhanush will move to the next project only after completing the entire shoot of Captain Miller. Touted to be an action-adventure film, it also stars Nivedhithaa Sathish, John Kokken, Moor, Nasser, Daniel Balaji and Elango Kumaravel. GV Prakash is composing the musical score of the movie. The team is aiming for a Summer 2023 release.
