While Dhanush is currently busy with the shooting of ‘Captain Miller’, his upcoming film ‘Vaathi’ is preparing for a grand theatrical release in January/February 2023. Recently, the makers announced that the Vaathi first single will be unveiled on November 10th.
GV Prakash Kumar composed the musical score for the Tamil-Telugu bilingual movie. Dhanush penned the lyrics for the song, crooned by talented singer Shwetha Mohan. Dhanush and GV Prakash took to their social media pages today to present an unplugged glimpse of the first single.
Vaathi is directed by Venky Atluri and produced by Sithara Entertainment, Fortune Four Cinemas and Srikara Studios. Samyuktha Menon plays Dhanush’s pair in this movie which also stars Samuthirakani, Aadukalam Naren, Ilavarasu, Motta Rajendran and others in important roles.
