Dhanush’s character in ‘D50’ revealed? – Hot updates

‘D50’ is one of the most anticipated biggies which marks Dhanush’s 50th film as an actor and his second film as a director. The entire filming has been wrapped up and the post-production works are going on in full swing. It is said to be a gangster revenge drama tentatively titled ‘Raayan’.

Now, the latest buzz is that Dhanush will be seen as ‘Kaathavaraayan’ and the film is named after this character. The makers are aiming for a grand release for ‘D50’ this Summer. Apart from Dhanush, this project also stars SJ Suryah, Sundeep Kishan, Nithya Menen, Kalidas Jayaram, Aparna Balamurali, Anikha Surendran, Selvaraghavan and others.

AR Rahman is reported to be the film’s music composer. However, we have to wait for an official announcement. The cinematography and editing are handled by Om Prakash and Prasanna GK, respectively. ‘D50’ is produced on a huge scale by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures.
