Daggubati clan poses for a pic to promote Lakshmi Daggubati’s clothing line

After the grand wedding of Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj, family members of the Daggubati family have teamed up to do something bigger and creative. Well, not many know that Lakshmi Daggubati, mother of Naga Chaitanya is into clothing and designing. The specialty of the clothes she makes is that they are hand-loomed.

Yes. She promotes handlooms and who else than the Daggubati family clan can promote and support those handlooms. National Handloom Day was celebrated recently and better late than never, all the family members posed wearing handlooms. Samantha Akkineni took to her social media profile to share the same. 

She wrote, “Handpicked, handcombed, and handwoven with devotion and love. A supple spinning of heritage Ponduru cotton woven into a perfect canvas by Andhra weavers. Embark on a new beginning rooted in the timeless Indian ritual of a perfect moment, the muhurtham of a marriage- presented by @taanbaan … #taanbaan #bluelotushandloom .” (sic) She further added, “Let us try and support our local weavers and artisans in whatever way we can ..
