Kannada and Telugu actress Rashmika Mandanna has been popular among Tamil audience too with her movies Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade. Now the actress is acting in Karthi's Sultan directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan and produced by Dream Warrior Pictures.

The actress has been constantly facing online bullying and abusive trolls ever since her engagement with actor Rakshit Shetty was broken, and recently a troll page had posted a vulgar meme on Rashmika, which disturbed the actress, who put up a message for cyber bullies.

Her message read "“I don’t know what you guys get out of doing this to us actors. Is it because we are the soft targets for you? The public figure doesn’t mean you can target us ruthlessly. A lot of you keep saying- ignore the bad comments or trolls and I generally do.Say anything you want about our work- you have the right but no one has any right to say anything about our families or our personal lives. No actor deserves this crap. Because let me tell you this, being an actor is not easy. Each and every profession deserves the utmost respect. I think people should first start respecting one another.Congratulations whoever did this. You've managed to hurt me, didn't think of you were capable of doing that but what's to follow is on you.”
