Kannada actor Nikhil Kumaraswamy got married to his fiancée Revathi today at a farmhouse in Biddadi, Ramanagara district in Karnataka and it was a low-key affair after his family dropped a grand marriage plan to maintain social distancing amidst corona lockdown.
Nikhil is the grandson of former Indian Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda and the son of former Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, while his wife Revathi is the grand-niece of former state Housing Minister M Krishnappa.
The wedding happened in the presence of few very close family members and initially the plan was to conduct a grand wedding ceremony in Ramanagara, at Janapadaloka between Ramanagaram and Chennapatna. However corona impact made them change plans.
