Hollywood star Sophia Myles, known for acting in Doctor Who has announced that her father Peter Myles has passed away battling the deadly coronavirus. Sophia Myles was popular for playing Madame de Pompadour in the Doctor Who episode 'The Girl in the Fireplace'.

Taking it to Twitter, Sophia Myles tweeted "RIP Peter Myles. My dear Dad died only a few hours ago. It was the Corona Virus that finally took him".

Few days back Sophia tweeted a picture of herself with her father and her brother and tweeted "My father, my brother and I. A nice memory to share given what Dad is going through now". Many Hollywood celebrities like Tom Hanks and Idris Elba are affected by corona virus.
