Kamal Haasan movie producer dies of Coronavirus!

Bollywood producer Anil Suri, known for producing blockbuster movies like Raaj Kumar-Rekha starrer Karmayogi has passed away due to coronavirus. The veteran producer was 77. As informed by Anil’s brother and film producer Rajiv Suri, Anil had fever on June 2, and his condition deteriorated and he had breathing issues. 

Rajiv Suri said that Anil was rushed to famous hospitals like Lilavati and Hinduja, but was denied  a bed. Following the denial, he was taken to Advanced Multispeciality Hospital and was diagnosed with Coronavirus and on Thursday evening he was put on ventilator and passed away  around 7 pm.

Last rites of Anil Suri were held on yesterday morning at Oshiwara cremation ground in the presence of four family members who were seen wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Anil is survived by two children and wife. Anil Suri has also produced the popular movie Raj Tilak starring Kamal Haasan.
