Cooku With Comali Shivaangi’s parents honored

Shivaangi made her debut on the entertainment space as a contestant in  ‘Super Singer’ and impressed with her singing talents.  However her claim to big fame is after her stint on ‘Cooku With Comali’ where she won hearts with her comedic skills and is continuing in the second season too in the same vein.

Meanwhile a couple of days the Tamil Nadu government conferred the Kalaimamani Awards honoring achievers in the arts streams.  Shivaangi’s parents Krishnakumar and Binny Krishnakumar have also been awarded for their contributions in the field of music.  They along with other stars namely Sivakarthikeyan, Yogi Babu, Aishwarya Rajesh received their mementos and cheques from the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Pazhanisamy.

Shivaangi meanwhile is making her movie debut in ‘Don’ directed by Cibi Chakravarthy which has Sivakarthikeyan, Priyanka Arul Mohan, S.J. Suryah, Muniskanth, Kaali Venkat, Bala Saravanan and Soori in the cast.
