Controversy: Telangana Ministers at Bhadrachalam invite flak

Telangana's Cabinet Ministers Allola Indrakaran Reddy and Puvvada Ajay Kumar have on Thursday participated in Sri Rama Navami rituals at the famous Sri Sita Ramachandra Swamy Temple in Bhadrachalam, sparking a row. They are facing flak for not only attending the rituals with their family members but also for throwing to winds the social distancing rules.
Indrakaran Reddy had said that would be offering 'pattuvastralu' and 'mutyala talambralu' to Lord Rama on behalf of the government.
It may be noted that rituals are not banned in places of worship even though temples have been closed for devotees/pilgrims.
