Director Mohan G who had made his debut with the movie Pazhaya Vannarapettai starring Prajin and Sandra has now directed his second movie titled Draupathi. The movie has been in the news for its controversial content and for the caste references and political leaders references shown in the trailer.
Draupathi stars Richard Rishi and Sheela Rajkumar in lead roles, and also stars Karunas, Nishanth, Soundarya, Lena and many others. The movie has music by Jubin and is produced by Mohan himself in his GM Film corporation banner. Now the release date of the movie has been announced.
Draupathi has been censored U/A and it has been made official that the movie will be released worldwide on February 28. Reportedly, the movie had been given 14 cuts by the censor. The makers have claimed that the movie is based on real incidents.
