Shivaji 3D to release on Dec 12

Sivaji 3D, which has been in the making for quite some time now is finally ready for release and will be hitting the screens on Superstar Rajinikanth’s birthday, on the 12th of December. This represents a specialty in general, because of the unique date of 12-12-12.

AVM Studios who made the original Sivaji have taken a lot of effort to release the film in 3D and have spent the last few years in converting the movie from its original format.

Sivaji was directed by Shankar and released in 2007 and saw huge openings across screens. It quickly grossed the biggest earnings in history with respect to Tamil cinema. Seeing it again in 3D would make a great day for fans of Rajnikanth and Tamil cinema in general.
