Kanchana 3D costing Rs. 5 cr.

The 3D version of Kanchana is costing Rs. 5 cr. to Bellamkonda Suresh.  A one-of-a-kind conversion into 3D of a regional film, the producer has big plans to release it with fanfare.

The latest update is that the 3D version will have a special song, which is not there in the original version.

“The song will be a visual treat to the audience. State of the art technology is being used for the song. The total budget for the 3D version is Rs five crore,” sources said.

Directed by Larencce himself, the film had Lakshmi Rai and Kovai Sarala in pivotal roles. The highlight of the eerie-comedy thriller is a cameo by Sarath Kumar.
