Prabhas? ?Billa? in panache

Erstwhile ?Billa?, a Tamil film starring Ajith, Nayantara and Ramya in the lead roles, directed by Vishnu Vardhan, became a blockbuster hit.

A remake of this film, starring Prabhas as the hero and Anushka as the heroine has been proposed to be made. In the direction of Meher Ramesh of ?Kanthri? fame, the movie will be produced on Gopi Krishna Movies banner.

Plan is on to launch it on 9th October on the eve of Vijaya Dasami.

Sources state that a major part of this film will be featured in the locales of Malaysia and Korea. Director Meher Ramesh is presently touring these places to single out the exquisite locales in these countries.

Further, as Anushka is selected to reinstate the role played by Nayantara in the original version, Priyamani or Bhavana might be opted to play the role of Ramya.
