‘Sarkar’ completes shooting

Shooting of ‘Sarkar’ directed by Phani Raj and produced by K Venkateswara Rao on the banner of Shantipriya Productions with Nagababu and Ramyakrishna in the lead was completed recently.

Director Phani Raj says, ‘It is a suspense, horror and thriller movie. Nagababu is playing the role of a psycho analyst while Ramyakrishna is playing his wife. Her character is quite typical. She gets the audiences’ eyes wet and at the same time make them afraid of her. Likewise, Suhasini of ‘Chantigadu’-fame also played a very good role as ‘Maya’. We are sure that the film would earn a good name to her.’

Executive producer Rama Satyanarayana says, ‘We will complete the DTS and other such post-production works soon and release the film in the first week of June.’

The film is being made with an inspiration from a Hollywood film ‘Sixth Sense’. Vijayanand, Annapurna, Ramireddy, Sivaji Raja and others are in the cast.
