Why is Balakrishna angry with Sreenu Vaitla ?

The recently concluded TSR & TV 9 awards event has become a hot topic of discussion now. Not because of the glitz and glamour at the event, but because of Balakrishna's refusal to give the best director award to Sreenu Vaitla.

When Vaitla was coming on to the stage to receive the Best director award for Baadshah, Balayya said to Subbirami Reddy, "Sreenu Vaitla ki nenu ivvanu" (I will not give the award to Sreenu Vaitla) and asked him to carry on. The 'Legend' actor didn't even care about Bandla Ganesh, when he was receiving the best producer award.

Balakrishna was on the stage for nearly three hours patiently and presented awards to many. But why did he refuse to give awards to Vaitla and Bandla ? Is it because Vaitla made parody of Balayya's dialogues in Baadshah ? It may not be the reason. Because Sreenu made parody of many famous performances and dialogues in his films. The real reason is known only to the 'Simha' star.
