Shriya minds her business

There will alwyas be doomsday predictioners.

There is a certain element of kill-joy in being one.

Shriya can understand that. For she has been a victim of those who have been busy writing her obituary in the Telugu industry.

After the failures of Balu —ABCDEFG and Naa Alludu, Shriya has been roundly criticized for delivering flops.

More than that, her fall in stardom was coinciding with the dramatic rise of the comely Trisha. Her Varsham and NVNV have been mega grossers and Trisha is now the numero uno of the industry.

But some heartless media personnel have been putting out stories that Shriya is fuming over Trisha’s rise.

But sources close to Shriya just sradonically laught away at such words. They say Shriya is too much of a sport to crib or feel jealous over other person’s rise.

If anything, Shriya and Trisha have a good understanding. They did a film together –Nee Manasu Nakku Telusu, a couple of years ago.

Shriya in fact has been thinking of her own career and is not least perturbed by Trisha.

And far from being out of work, Shriya is busy in Trisha’s home turf —Tamil.

Shriya is also pencilled to play the heroine opposite Prabhas in Chatrpathi.

So obituary writers better put their poisoned pens down.
