Nara Rohith, Sonakashi Sinha and a film

Sonakshi Sinha is currently acting in a female oriented film titled 'Akira', which is being directed by A.R.Murugadoss.

Till now, Murugadoss remade only his films in Bollywood. But for the first time, he is remaking a film, directed by another director. 'Akira' is a remake of Tamil super hit film 'Mouna Guru'. Sonakshi is playing the female version of the character played by Arulnithi in Tamil. Raai Laxmi is also playing an important role in this movie.

Interestingly, Nara Rohith's 'Shankara' is also the remake of 'Mouna Guru'. This film, starring Regina Cassandra as the leading lady and directed by Tatineni Satya of 'Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu' and 'SMS' fame, was supposed to be released long time back. But it is being delayed for unknown reasons. Lets see which film, 'Shankara' or 'Akira', releases first.
