Jiiva to join hands with Ahmed?

Jiiva’s fans are in for some good news. The actor who is on a signing spree is on talks with director Ahmed of ‘Vamanan’ fame.

Grapevine is abuzz that Ahmed who debuted as a director through ‘Vamanan’ that starred Jai and Priya Anand has met Jiiva with a script and the actor has shown his interest in the film. If all goes well, the film will be produced by Tamil Kumaran and music will be tuned in by Harris Jayaraj who is currently busy with work on his concert tour, On The Edge.

It may be mentioned that Ahmed’s earlier offering was a sleek entertainer that garnered positive response at the box-office. Meanwhile Jiiva will begin work on his superhero flick, ‘Mugamoodi’ which will go on floors this November whereas his multi-starrer ‘Nanban’ will see light of the day in Pongal 2012.
