Superstar to return tonight

And the wait is over for the innumerable number of superstar fans who have been waiting eagerly for the return of their icon. The superstar had been recuperating in Singapore following repeated illness. But all that is past, now the superstar is completely recovered (thanks to the prayers of millions of fans across the globe and efficient medical attention) and is coming back to his home in Chennai.

The superstar is believed to land in the Chennai’s soil by a Singapore Airlines flight around 10.30 p.m. tonight. Celebrations are galore at the airport as well as across the city to welcome the superstar back in good health. Banners have popped up in places around the airport to receive the Superstar.

Sources close to the superstar’s fan club have revealed that fans from far and near have started to pour in from different regions across the country by road, rail and air. Latha Rajinikanth has appealed to all fans to keep the celebrations simple and not crowd in places near the airport causing discomfort to the public.

Security has been beefed up inside the airport. It is believed that the Superstar, after landing in Chennai will go straight to his farm house in Kelambakkam for a month’s rest before beginning to shoot for his upcoming period flick ‘Rana,’ directed by K.S. Ravikumar, which will see him opposite Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone.
