Sakthi Chidambaram: More in store

Sakthi Chidambaram is one of the few directors in Tamil cinema who start their next venture immediately after completing one. Now that he is ready with ?Guru Sishyan?, the Sundar C-Sathyaraj starer, the filmmaker is gearing up for his next.

If sources close to him are to be believed, two projects are currently in the director?s mind- one with Sundar C again and the other with Arjun. ?While the film with Sundar has been named ?Gummankuthu?, the Arjun starrer is yet to get a title,? they say.

?For all probability, Sakthi Chidambaram will start the Sundar starrer first. If this happens, then it would become three in a row for him with the actor with the earlier two films being ?Sanda? and ?Guru Sishyan?,? sources add.

Explaining the reason, they say, ?because Sakthi shares a very good relationship with Sundar. In one of the interviews, the director hailed the actor saying ?he forgets the fact that he is a popular director while standing in front of the camera?. ?
