Bhanuchander?s son wants to make it big

Joining the long list of sons succeeding their fathers in the film industry is Jayanth. Son of yesteryear actor Bhanuchander, Jayanth is playing the lead in a film titled ?Margazhi 16?.


The movie, produced by ?Flower? Rajakumar, has Malayalam actress Sreenidhi playing the female lead. Directed by Stephen who worked as an associate of A Venkatesh, the movie has music by Bobby.


Says Jayanth: ?It was dream to foray into films. I saw my dad at close quarters for the several years. I have seen his films ?Neengal Kettavai? and ?Kannae Kalaimanae? several times. I wish I would do my work sincerely and win the accolades of film buffs?.


On his part, the director of ?Margazhi 16? says, ?The movie is inspired by a incident that occurred in my friend?s life. It would be realistic and we have made no commercial compromises?. The movie is being shot in Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli and exotic locales in Kerala.
