Will this December be a special one for Madhavan? The actor, who has not had a release for some time, is eagerly awaiting the release of ‘Guru En Aalu’ later this month.
The movie, a remake of the Bollywood hit ‘Yes Boss’ was supposed to hit the screens during Deepavali. However it backed out at the last moment. Now producer KRG has confirmed that ‘Guru En Aalu’ will have a Christmas release.
A comical entertainer, the movie features Mamta Mohandas, Vivek and Abbas in the lead roles besides Madhavan. ‘Comedy films are a rarity here and hopefully ‘Guru En Aalu’ will rock. We waited for the right moment to release the film’, says the producer.
Can Madhavan manage a hit and the end the year on a good note? Let’s wait and see.
